a) Darius Lukas Academy offers Services that grant Users access to a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing their knowledge in AI and business-related topics, as well as providing quizzes for learning assessment (hereinafter referred to as the “Digital Content“). Upon registration for the Service, Users gain access to the Digital Content, which may include introductory offers, additional paid features, and subscription plans (monthly, annually, or otherwise, depending on the selected option). Our Services also facilitate access to an AI Chat with mentor functions (the “AI Chat”), designed solely for educational purposes and not intended to provide advice.
b) While utilizing the AI Chat, Users may input queries (“Input”) and receive corresponding responses generated by the Service (“Output”). Input and Output collectively constitute “AI Content.” You retain ownership of all Input, and subject to compliance with these Terms, Darius Lukas Academy assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in the Output generated during AI Chat sessions. Darius Lukas Academy may utilize Content as necessary to provide and enhance the Services, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies. Users are responsible for their AI Content, ensuring it complies with relevant laws and these Terms.
c) Given the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across Users, and similar responses may be generated for different queries. For instance, a query such as “How many days in January?” may yield a response like “There are 31 days in January” for multiple Users. Responses generated for other Users are not considered your Content.
d) To continually enhance our Services, Darius Lukas Academy may use Content to develop and improve machine learning models over time. By using the Service, you agree that we may utilize Content for these purposes. 4. Subscription Terms and Fees
a) Some features of the Service may be available on a subscription basis, with fees disclosed at the time of sign-up. Subscription plans may include introductory offers and automatic renewals. Fees for the Service are non-refundable, and cancellation procedures are outlined in these Terms.
b) For our Services, Darius Lukas Academy may provide a paid trial subscription (referred to as the ”introductory offer”), additional paid features, and subscription plans (monthly, annually, or otherwise, based on your selection at the time of purchase). We may also offer renewals at the full undiscounted price and other enticing deals.
c) Please be aware that if a paid trial subscription or additional paid features are available, this will be clearly indicated on the pricing screen before checkout. Fees for Services can be paid on a subscription or one-time purchase basis.
d) Introductory offers grant you access to the Service for a specified period, detailed upon sign-up. If you do not cancel before the end of the introductory offer, your access will automatically continue, and you will be charged for a monthly subscription plan without notice. It’s your responsibility to track the end of the trial period.
e) Following an introductory offer, Users gain access to a subscription plan (monthly, annually, or otherwise) upon payment for subscription services. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each month/year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Renewal fees are debited 24 hours prior to the current period’s conclusion.
f) The prices and available Digital Content through subscription services may vary by territory and can change over time with or without explicit notice (except where mandated by law). We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes by posting them on the website, sending an email notification, or through another prominent means. 5. Billing and Cancellation
a) Payment for subscription services is processed by Darius Lukas Academy via Stripe and PayPal or other designated payment providers. Users are responsible for timely cancellation of subscriptions to avoid automatic renewal charges. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law or at Darius Lukas Academy’s discretion.
b) Payment methods for ikigAI.MBA’s Services are processed by us through PayPal or other payment providers. We charge the applicable fees to the payment card you provide at the time of purchase, after you confirm using single-touch identification, facial recognition, entering payment details on the web, or accepting subscription terms provided on the payment screen of our webpage.
c) By using our Services, you authorize us to securely store your payment method(s) and automatically charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment card you submitted for the renewal term. Unless you cancel before the end of the introductory offer, your access will automatically continue, and you will be charged for a subscription plan (monthly, annually, or otherwise) based on your selection at the time of purchase.
d) The auto-renewal period matches your initial subscription period, unless otherwise disclosed. The renewal rate will not exceed the rate of the prior subscription period, excluding promotional and discount pricing, unless notified of a rate change before your auto-renewal.
e) Your payment date may change if your payment method fails or if you alter your subscription plan. To check your next payment date, visit our website and click on the “Subscription” link on the “Account” page.
f) Cancellation must follow the disclosed procedures for your specific subscription. We do not refund fees once Digital Content has been delivered. All purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable due to the digital nature of the Service. However, we comply with mandatory provisions of applicable law regarding refunds and subscription cancellations.
g) Refunds may be provided at our discretion and are subject to Subscription Terms on our websites. Subscriptions or one-time purchases made via PayPal adhere to PayPal’s refund policies, meaning refunds cannot be granted.
